Once you’ve sent your items back to us, you should receive your refund within 10 working days after the items have reached our warehouse.

You can track the progress of your return using the track & trace information from your chosen carrier, which indicates when the package has been delivered to our warehouse. The 10-workday processing period starts from that moment.

Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation by email. Please note that it may take up to 3 additional days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

We offer a 30-day return period, during which customers may return their order without providing a reason. This 30-day window begins on the day the package is delivered. Please note: the return shipment must be sent back within these 30 days.

All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in pristine condition, with all original tags still attached. Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.

We strive to process and ship orders promptly within 24-48 hours of placement. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. Upon receiving the dispatch email, you will find detailed tracking information to monitor the progress of your order. Simply use the provided tracking details to track your package through our delivery partner's website.

If you would like to return one or more items, please send an email to info@daisysdresscode.com within 30 days of receiving your order to let us know. Our team will then promptly provide you with clear return instructions. Once received, simply follow the steps to complete your return smoothly.
